By creating an account or using Vanigar, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. The service is educational research

Vanigar provides AI-generated research for educational purposes. It is not investment advice and Vanigar Technologies Pvt Ltd is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. See our Disclaimer.

3. Accounts

You’re responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t scrape, resell or redistribute the output except as your plan permits.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
• Don’t use Vanigar to break any applicable law or exchange regulation.

5. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed via our payment processors (Razorpay / Cashfree).
• Prices are shown pre-GST; 18% GST is added at checkout where applicable.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual property

The product, brand and software are owned by Vanigar Technologies Pvt Ltd. Your data remains yours.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanigar Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for trading losses or for decisions made using the product’s output.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
